Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bloom mobile application ("the App"), an AI-powered content creation platform developed and operated by White Dome Information Technology Company ("White Dome", "we", "our", or "us") in the State of Kuwait.

By downloading, installing, or using Bloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use Bloom.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Bloom may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.

3. Creators: Approval & Verification

You may apply to join Bloom as a Creator. Approval is at Bloom's discretion and may require additional information and review.

• Verified Creator: Bloom has completed the required verification. The Creator is eligible for the full paid workflow, including orders, payments, deliveries, and payouts.
• Unverified Creator: The Creator's profile exists, but verification and payout eligibility are not complete yet. They may still showcase work, but the paid workflow requires verification.

4. Orders, Payments & Deliveries

A paid order follows the agreed workflow: the client discovers a Creator, messages them, places an order, and the Creator prepares a preview.

After the client reviews and accepts the preview, payment is processed through Bloom's payment provider. Final files remain locked until payment is confirmed, after which they become available for download.

Bloom may facilitate refunds or cancellations in line with its order policies and applicable law.

5. Creator Earnings & Payouts

Creator earnings are recorded on paid, accepted orders in the App.

Payout eligibility requires completed verification and valid payout details, including account holder name and IBAN. Bloom may request additional information before processing a payout.

Bloom is not responsible for payout delays caused by incorrect details, payment-provider requirements, or legal restrictions.

6. Content & Acceptable Use

You may not use Bloom to create, share, or request content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing.

You may not spam, impersonate others, or attempt to misuse or interfere with the App or its payment features.

7. Moderation & Admin Actions

Bloom may review and moderate content, profiles, messages, and orders to keep the App safe and compliant.

Bloom may remove content, hide messages, cancel orders, restrict features, or suspend accounts when content or conduct violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

Bloom is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom disclaims warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or merchantable service.

Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for disputes between users, except to the extent required by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Bloom and delete your account at any time.

Bloom may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or where required for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Termination does not relieve you of amounts already owed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified through the App.

Your continued use of Bloom after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
